AI Image Generation Services

1. Service Description

Flux Krea provides AI-powered image generation services using advanced Flux models, including but not limited to:

• Flux Schnell (fast text-to-image generation)
• Flux Kontext Pro (enhanced image generation with optional input images)
• Flux Kontext Max (premium quality image generation)
• Multi Image Kontext Pro/Max (multi-image processing)

2. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use our AI image generation services to create content that:

• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or community standards
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of third parties
• Contains or depicts illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Creates deepfakes or other misleading representations of real individuals without consent
• Generates explicit sexual content involving minors or non-consensual imagery
• Attempts to bypass content filters or safety mechanisms

3. Service Availability and Limitations

• Our services are provided through third-party AI infrastructure (including Replicate and other providers)
• Service availability may be limited by provider capacity, maintenance, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with reasonable notice
• Generated images may be subject to processing time and queue limitations

Credit System and Usage

1. Credit-Based Pricing

Our services operate on a credit-based system where:

• Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per generation
• Credits are non-refundable digital tokens for service access
• Credit costs are clearly displayed for each model and feature
• Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise specified

2. Usage Limitations

• Free tier users receive limited credits for trial purposes
• Paid users receive credits based on their subscription or purchase
• Excessive usage may be subject to rate limiting or additional charges
• We reserve the right to implement fair usage policies

Payment Terms

1. Credit Purchases and Subscriptions

We offer various credit packages and subscription plans with different credit allocations and pricing. All prices and terms are clearly listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice to existing customers.

2. Payment Processing

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once successfully processed

All content on Flux Krea, including but not limited to code, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. AI-Generated Images

• You retain ownership rights to images generated through our AI services using your prompts
• Generated images are created using AI models trained on publicly available data
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws
• Generated images should not be considered as creating any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights for you

3. Input Content and User Uploads

For any images, prompts, or other content you upload or submit:

• You retain all rights to your original input content
• You represent that you have the right to use and upload such content
• You grant us a limited license to process your input content solely for providing AI generation services
• We will not use your input content for training AI models without explicit consent

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

• You may use generated images for commercial and non-commercial purposes
• You may not claim that generated images were created by human artists
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for commercial use
• Some generated content may require attribution to the AI model or platform as required by law

5. Feedback and Suggestions

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

Disclaimers and AI Service Limitations

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our AI image generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• AI-generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Generated content will be free from inaccuracies, biases, or unintended elements
• All image generation requests will be successfully completed

2. AI Model Limitations

You acknowledge that AI image generation technology:

• May produce unexpected, inappropriate, or biased results despite content filters
• Cannot guarantee complete accuracy in interpreting prompts or generating desired outputs
• May occasionally fail to generate images due to technical limitations or content restrictions
• Relies on third-party AI infrastructure beyond our direct control

3. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Our services integrate with third-party providers including:

• Replicate for AI model hosting and processing
• Stripe for payment processing
• Various other service providers for platform functionality We are not responsible for any third-party service disruptions, data practices, or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Krea and its suppliers, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from AI-generated content or its use
• Inability to generate desired images or content
• Third-party claims related to generated images
• Service interruptions or credit consumption due to failed generations
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months

General Provisions

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flux Krea regarding the use of our AI image generation services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on the website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Governing Law and Disputes
